Shipping policy

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. The shipping provider will make three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note: You will no longer be able to change your delivery address once the order has been confirmed.

Since all orders are processed automatically, it is not possible for us to change the shipping and delivery times.

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can also check the status of your order in the "Track your order" section.
