All returns are free of charge.

Masks cannot be returned. 

You can easily return your order. Please note that the items must be returned intact, in their original condition, and with all tags attached, within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Please fill out the online return form to create your return label.

• Print the return label and stick it clearly visible on top of the original shipping label on the box.

• Pack the items you wish to return carefully to avoid damage during transport, and make sure to include the original packing list.

• Contact DHL by phone at +49 228 90243513 or visit www.dhl.com to arrange a collection appointment. If a tracking number is required, you will find it on the prepaid DHL label (the number below the first barcode on the label). You can also drop off the package at a DHL service point of your choice.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by printing out the return form and filling it out on paper. For further details, please see the section on the right of withdrawal in the return policy.
